Many websites are designed to be used in this way and can help children to learn without even noticing. Children and adults can learn together, by exploring activities and information available on the web.
Using the internet should be fun and informative. Using it regularly together provides opportunities for discussion about safe and sensible use of the internet. If this is part of normal conversations which occur, difficult issues which may arise will be much easier to approach and deal with.
